Laddad - Sunstrider 2/10 M NH are recruiting exceptional and mature players.
"Laddad" is an international mythic raiding guild on Sunstrider. Our core consisting old school hardcore players from a different variation of guilds and backgrounds, many who would still be playing hardcore if they didn’t have jobs,school, partners, children etc. However we make the most of it, time and efficiency is one of our top priorities. Our goal is to maximize progress while maintaining as few raiding days as humanly possible. Many of us have been playing together for a long time and besides from raids we have a good community which spends quite some time on Discord, playing M+ and various other games.
Even if we’re not currently active looking for your class, don’t feel scared of tossing in an applications anyways. Exceptional players are always interesting.
What does Laddad offer?
• We offer focused high-end raiding on a light schedule.
• We offer a guild where you will be treated with respect and an open heart. We always welcome thoughts, ideas and strategies.
• We offer a raid team where spots are given out based on merit and not favoritism.
• We offer you a social community of likeminded people.
What does Laddad expect from you?
• We expect you to have a strong raiding background and great knowledge about your class.
• We want players with peripheral awareness, we want people who spread out when needed to, interrupt when it's due and focus your DPS properly when needed.
• We want those who are not afraid to admit you made a mistake in order to improve upon it. We believe that nobody wants to be the weak link and that everyone strives to be the best.
• We want you to have a high raid attendance while at the same time be prepared to sit out on certain bosses. We always swap people in and out of raids in order to maximize efficiency and/or loot distribution.
• We want those who knows how to communicate both verbally and in writing. Communication is key to succsess.
