I recently saw an addon that added the item ilvl of items directly name to the name of the item that dropped (in the chat).
Can't seem to find it. Anyone?

Took me a bit to find it, because I remember seeing the author post on /r/wow about it. It is ItemLinkLevel and here's the thread about it.
