As the title goes, is this a bug or is it intended for him not to spawn on the lfr difficulty? I've been googling like a crazy person for a good 15-20 minutes now without finding an answer to this, meanwhile I've standing in the boss room waiting just in case he does spawn - but nothing so far.
Does anyone know? I can't access the last 2 bosses after him either as the door is shut (take it I need to kill Mel'jarak first).

I'm pretty sure he is part of the second part of HoF LFR. Leave and join the next one.
