There is only theories from sometime and newer ones i guess. Like potentialy D'Va incoming to HOTS on first aniversary for Overwatch? This is only my theory, because there is D'Va voices toward Kerrigan in game files.
And assuming that some time passed, i think next one is either from Diablo or Starcraft. Stukov probably might be, we don't know yet..

It's been a while since D3 has made a presence. Baal, Mephisto, Malthael, or Zoltan Kulle could be interesting additions.

I just hope it's not another damn Overwatch hero, the least thing we need is more loreless chars from a game that's been around 5 minutes, not when there are legions of Warcraft/WoW/Starcraft/Diablo heroes still waiting.
Hell Tomator would make an awesome addition to HotS
