<Casually Clickin> [H] [US] on Tichondrius is currently looking for new members. We are a raiding guild that has formed in Legion with the following experience:
7/7 H EN
3/3 H ToV
10/10 Normal Nighthold
9/10 H Nighthold
Our raiding times are 9PM -12AM PST Tuesday and Thursday with an optional 5-9PM Sunday (PST).

About us: we are adults who enjoy adult humor. Our guild is not a place for the thin-skinned. However, as much as we enjoy ripping on each other, each member is supportive and understands the importance of teamwork. We are all individually driven to succeed and we all make sacrifices to hit personal and team milestones. #squadgoals.

There is a core group of players that are RL friends and as a guild, we have recruited primarily from these people and their immediate friends. Now that Nighthold is out, we are looking to expand into Mythic Raiding and fill our active roster from ~12-15 to ~25-30. To achieve this number, we are looking for the following roles and classes in relative order of necessity. If there is no number next to the class/spec, that indicates our needs are low, but we would consider exceptional candidates.

About you: we are looking for individuals with drive, awareness, and an ability to improve and change with your class over time. As stated above, the new recruits will be able to take a joke and maybe throw a few insults around. To this end, we prefer players that are 18+. They will also be able to take constructive criticism and be expected to listen to and interpret strategies as discussed over Discord. An ideal recruit would also be able to contribute to these conversations with new ideas about strategies or class theory-crafting.

We have a long list of vacancies and because recruiting adequate players is difficult, it could take us a few months to achieve a 20-person, mythic capable roster. Because of this, we would consider a merging of guilds. If you are part of a guild of around 10-15 that is looking to progress into mythic raiding on our raid nights and times, we would love to have a conversation with you. Aside from availability, a good fit is the most important part of this merger.
