Simcraft settings for Mythic+

Obviously we know for more accurate sims and gear selection we don't want to use patchwork fight style. So my question is, when simming your toons for mythic plus dungeons only, what setting are you guys using? I have been mainly using Beastlord or hectic add cleave.

I just want to make sure I am using the best options to net the best stat weights. Suggestions?

I wouldn't use simc for anything besides patchwerk and just being able to interpret info from there.
