    Restoration Help

Hello guys, I'm pretty new here, I'd appreciate every help you can give.

I seem to cannot keep up with other healers nor druids even if they happen to be same or a bit lower ilvl than me. I've been watching a lot of guides, helps about rotation and all that kinds of stuff. You guys are my last chance to understand what I'm doing wrong.

btw I'm not really sure how warcraft logs work and I hope that this link will help.

Clickable link. More interestingly, [url=https://www.warcraftlogs.com/guilds/10673]link to the logs[/ul].

Comparing your performances on Gul'dan, a few things stand out:
    - The other druid uses their cooldowns more: 4 Innervates vs 1, 7 Flourishes vs 4.
    - Your Lifebloom uptime was much lower, meaning few Clearcasting procs. The other druid got plenty of free casts.
    - The other druid casts more, with more casts of Rejuvenation, Lifebloom and Wild Growth on the same fight.
    - As a result of casting Rejuv and WG more, they also end up with more healing done from Cultivation, Nature's Essence, and Dreamwalker.
    - The other druid had a much better uptime on Efflorescence, which alone accounts for 10M of the difference between you.

From the looks of things, you're not playing quite as aggressively as you could. If you can get better at using Innervate (early and often, casting both Efflorescence and Wild Growth each time it's up), increase that Lifebloom uptime, and then spend those Clearcasting procs, you should have enough mana to be able to play a bit more aggressively. Also pay more attention to Efflorescence placement - movement is very predictable on most fights unless your tanks are spastic idiots.
Diplomacy is just war by other means.

Here's logs from your Tich H kill.

LB uptime is 15.78%. This needs to be as close to 100% as possible.

Use a LB tracker WA like this:

    https://wago.io/EykFomKQG

This will help remind you to refresh LB when there's 4.6 sec left on your target.

Like Alltat pointed out -- use your CDs more.

You have only 6 procs of Clearcasting. With higher LB uptime, your CC procs will go up.

You had 6 CCs, but 2 regrowths. That's 4 free regrowths lost. Only 6 Swiftmends casts with Prosperity.
You seem to be just dropping your shroom and spamming rejuvs with some occasional WG and Tranq. Need to micromanage more.

BTW your top druid Droxel also has a low LB uptime (40%). He used CW 4 times. He is just spamming WG with Tearstone and looking very good.

Here's a comparison of the two druids from the log.
    https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports...,29&type=auras

    1. Droxel used a 375 haste food and used a potion of prolonged power on pull. This is very good habit. You did neither
    2. Droxel tranq-ed 3 times and you tranq-ed twice in the same fight.
    3. Droxel had 28 WG to your 19. That's 9 more 2 pc procs than you.
    4. he has Prydaz - which is around 11 m extra absorbs by doing nothing.
