Tanking legendary trinket as frost?

So I noticed a lot of the best trinkets are stat sticks so I'd just like to get some idea as to when I should stop using it. it sims incredibly strong, 30k dps over an 875 FCM 865 eye of command, 20k over an 875 urn etc. should i keep using it until i get helm\ring\belt combo, since my other legendary is a prydaz. idk i'm just getting a ton of shit when i q for pugs and have the trinket, people assume i'm a tank main and kick me, tell me to tank, or ask me what the fuck i'm doing, just looking for some validation i guess lol

edit: it gives 2994 str, 685 master, 685 vers and an ~1m shield every 1.5m

If they are stupid enough to loot at a trinket and assume you're a tank playing DPS, maybe you don't want to group with them.

Pugs are pugs, sometimes you gotta take what you can get, it's pretty difficult to get into groups sometimes
