You are wasting 2 FoF procs every 24 seconds with LW, that can help you get to second orb during IV.

And it still sims higher for a lot of people. 2 FoF procs per 24 seconds versus 25% damage on FBolt, Lance, Flurry and Orb is not an easy comparison.

For that matter, Splitting Ice sims higher for a lot of people and I'm pretty sure that gives up a lot more FoF procs for only 5% more damage on Lance.
