ASUS Strix Z270E vs. Prime Z270-A question

I've been pondering a new motherboard/CPU setup, and have been looking at the Strix. I saw that the Prime is the "BOTM" Unicorn option, and was wondering if there's a significant pro/con argument for the Prime over the Strix? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

They will only differ in looks/features, nearly all z270 boards are able to deliver enough current to overclock to high levels. If looks matter thats understandable, otherwise just go by how many ports it has on the back and price.
