Running KJBW and 880 BTI. Got a 890 Hunger of the Pack from cache last week and a 900 Tirathons Betrayal from my +15 Vault run this week, curious if either are better than BTI.

It's been said countless times, but the best thing you can do is sim it. It's difficult to judge a BiS list for trinkets with WF and TF.

I got a 900 Tirathons Betrayal last week out of my weekly chest. I resimmed all my trinket combinations and BTI @ 880 was still the best. Haste is really really good with the current 4 piece so BTI wins typically, its just a good trinket.
