Okay, I'm trying to get some timing down on collecting hidden artifact appearances because I can't seem to nail when they refresh. My main example right now is the Protection Warrior hidden appearance from Neltharion's Vault.

When does the flag for this roll over and decide again whether or not it will spawn for the day? With the daily quest resets at 7am PST, the 10am server reset of heroic dungeons or the 11am server reset of everything else? Or some other time entirely? I can't always get on at the same time each day, and sometimes I fall between those timeframes, so it's either check up to 3 times each day or ask here for some help.

Any other suggestions on these? I have the scripts to run, but still fall into the time-trap.
