Loosen the rules on conspiracy theories.

I would like to make a comprehensive thread about aliens. I feel other people would be interested in doing so. However, there is no way to go deep into discussion without breaking into conspiracy. I suggest that the rules be loosened a bit to allow us this entire topic of conversation of Aliens.

Discussing the possibility of alien life in the universe is not a conspiracy theory. Discussing "I'VE BEEN ABDUCTED, GUYZ" and "THE GOVERNMENT IS HIDING THE TRUTH" is. As long as you stick to a rational discussion of alien life out there in the great unknown, feel free to post threads.
