What we want from you
DPS of any class who can:
Perform at LEAST in the 40-50% percentile for ilvl. (Of course higher is better).
Has AK 25
Artifact weapon of 40+
These can be fudged to some degree but anything below these standards will require additional input from the new recruit to help bring themselves up to par.
