Relic comparisons by weapon ilvl

Hi, I was wondering if there was a relic trait comparion list by ilvl for assassination and outlaw?

I know the ranking given equal ilvl, but is there something that will let me see on the fly if a relic is an upgrade given differing ilvls? For instance, gushing wound is a good relic. What I want to be able to see is if I get a higher ilvl relic of a weaker trait (say, mutilate crit or something), how many ilvls above the gushing wound relic does it need to be to be an upgrade?

This is solely for on the fly comparisons so I know if I should spend some dkp or give a relic away to someone else in m+. Thanks!
