<Infinite Ephemerality> has recently relocated and re-branded from another realm with the release of token transfers. Our aim is to flesh out our Heroic roster to 20+ players and then start in on Mythic.

We have multiple 90th+ percentile players and are unsatisfied with our progression so far. We moved to Proudmoore due to our old realm not having the player base necessary to support a larger team.

What we need from our raiders:

Dependability - this is the most important thing we need from our raiders. Anyone who has ever ran Mythic with unreliable players knows why. Be on time, be vocal if you can't make a night, be ready to kill bosses.

Performance - we don't expect every player to be a top parser. What we do expect is that if we sit you down and compare you to a top parser, you can take some information away from that and improve as a player. We don't expect perfection, but we do expect improvement.

Activity - real life is a thing, many have families or full-time jobs and we don't expect you to abandon them. We don't want people who only log in to raid and then leave however. We want to run more Mythic+, we have tabletop games nights in Steam, we want a community, not a bunch of strangers.

What we are recruiting:

Healers - we currently have 1 Heals spot open, preference for a high output swing healer capable of both healing and DPSing effectively. Druid/Boomy Shaman/Ele Priest/Shadow preferred.

DPS - We have 1-2 DPS spots available, and are looking for a healthy mixture of RDPS and MDPS. I'm a firm believer in finding high skill players, classes are secondary, so I won't list a bunch of specs we want, however we do have a slight preference for RDPS.

Tanks - we are recruiting 1 Tank, also a strong DPS with a viable Tank OS would be a valuable asset, and one we would very much like.
