Current Progress: 8/10 Mythic

We're a guild that mostly takes things at our own pace, with our main assets as a guild being flexibility for players and running the guild in a way that sees us provide as many creature comforts as we can. We provide all the flasks, pots, food, gems, enchants, repairs and where we feel necessary runes to help get bosses killed as a guild.

The ethos of the guild is to have a mythic progression focus during raids, but everything around that is very relaxed.

www.pandamonium-eu.com - Our application is a very short process, just asking what we should know about you, what character you wish to apply on and a link to any logs (or recordings) you might have that let us see you in action.

Moving away from how the guild is set up to sustain its raiding:
- We raid 3 nights a week Wednesday, Thursday & Monday from 8:30pm to 11:30pm server time.
- Loot is determined by a 5 man loot council with the next progress bosses up in mind.
- There are no attendance requirements, no split runs, no mandatory additional nights during early progress etc.
- We have a very large officer set up (everyone does small bits so its not too overbearing) but an extremely centralised raid leadership with it organised between just 2 people.

To this end, we are looking to recruit for a couple of specific roles to provide extra strength within our roster:
- A Havoc Demon Hunter
- A Warlock (preferably affliction)
