Razer Naga Epic Chroma not Working

i woke up one moring ready to use my razer naga epic chroma and when i plugged the charging dock into my laptop nothing happedend my mouse is alive the light shows on the mouse but nothing happens, so i tried useing the plugging in my mouse to my laptop for wireless mode, but when i plug in my mouse the light on the mouse shuts off and i cant use it. i plugged in the dock to the laptop and placed the mouse on the dock and it charges the mouse???? i also tried wired and wireless on other laptops and it sill dident work same thing happened! i tried using my ps4 controller to play a random game to see if it would work with the cord and it did. i dont know what i need to do
