Round Icons

Hey there!
Simple question: is there a way to skin icons so they look round without any kind of border, just a plain circle? I've tried the addon Masque and I can't find any skin without any border. It's for a WeakAuras Icon thing I'm trying to do.

I would open the images in the Masque addon and modify them until everything looked clean

There is a way with only weak auras.
