As some of you may be aware, with 7.2 comes removal of customisation of friendly nameplates inside instances due to abuse of them to trivialise raid mechanics.
However that is somewhat another example of using a sledgehammer to crack a nut, as it isn't inherently their customisation that is at fault but the targeted customisation on a per-nameplate basis.
I propose a different solution, a template offering some customisation of graphics, font, size etc for a given type of nameplate.
That way you could still achieve such things as a "headline" text only style or other changes to improve visibility.
What are peoples thoughts on this.
What parts of a nameplate would such a template have to cover, especially were it to be adopted for a wider variety of nameplate types.
