Fury Rotation Question

Have a rotation question if someone could be so kind.

Currently using DOS, CoF, and 4peice.

Per the fury guide the opener without bloodlust i have to omit OF. I use OF on my second BattcleCry, easy peasy. With the CoF my third battle cry may come up 10secs or so before OF. Should i delay BC for that OF? The guide says just use BC on cooldown and wait until the next pass. But my fourth battlecry my Avatar and DoS will be back up so i dont have time for OF again.

The question is, if my third BC gets really early, do i delay it for OF? or do i use it ASAP and just replace a furious slash while enraged somewhere in the rotation knowing that my next BC will be on the DoS and OF will be back off CD before i have battlecry for it.

Sometime it worths delaying BC a bit to line the stuff with the cooldown, but it will always depend of many thing... (fight lenght, mechanics...)
I think its purely situationnal... But in my opinion, i try to wait a bit to line it up with OF and my trinket.
