Inna's mantra question

with the Inna's mantra set, the 6 set summons all 5 of the runed mystic allies at the same time. my question is would it be worth using https://us.battle.net/d3/en/item/the-crudest-boots to add another ally to your side or is their a better item you could use in that slot/cube?

Not only worth it, it is essential for Inna builds. You'll get 10 Allies.

Depends on what you aim to. The faster leveling class is hands down the WD. Then DH for inital farming due to UE being an awesome farming set and pretty easy to gear for.

S10 however rewards monks with Inna's and barbs with Reakor - both good sets for farming and solo pushing. So realistically you have quite a wide range of choices.
