    No it's really not, some of it is incredibly overtuned infact.

    Granted it's probably a nerf to terrible Lucio's who love to basically afk and still have 90% efficiency though.

    I expect the wallriding stuff will get nerfed because it's pretty insane, his aura will go up abit again (probably).

    His boop being so good right now is probably just a bug.

    i like the new lucio.

    but i cant stand his new wallride speed, its uncontrollable and to make it worse he also get catapulted into oblivion the moment he gets off a wall.

    they have to redo his aura visual.

    the healing circle is barely visible on some maps

    Yeah this should be a buff for the highly skilled Lucios. A small nerf for those who run around at max distance and heal.

    yep, I would argue a good Lucio is one that is at or near the middle of a team fight. add extra healing to that and I don't see much of a downside.

    The aura visual is temporary until they decide people are used to the reduced range

    Good changes to Lucio. Time will tell if his radius nerf needs a slight buff (Perhaps +5 meters). His wallride speed should stay as it is on live right now tbh, that was never the issue. But having a tiny speed boost when he lands on the floor after wallriding would be nice. Promotes wallriding more and could be used for getaways. Reminds me a bit of the Sonic games where he gets a speed boost with some upgrades after inputting a command at the correct time

    So, basically, they decided that "the HotS team did this thing with Lucio, we should do it too."

    Trait
    When moving alongside impassable battleground terrain and Structures, Lúcio can walk through other units and his Movement Speed is increased by 20%.

    This works together with other Movement Speed bonuses.

    Easy solution: Make it a personal toggle under Lucio's Character Options...
    There is a thin line between not knowing and not caring, and I like to think that I walk that line every day.

    Her ult disappears if you die while throwing it. She's getting hooked by Roadhog while in ice block, and it also puts the ice block on cooldown.

    The fact that it negates all healing in an aoe and is not an ultimate is ridiculous on its own. It should be single target similar to Mei's freeze and Sombra's hack.

    It should only be 50% healing reduction not 100%... It counters zen's ult

    You don't think that's by design? Zen is invincible during his ult so the only other thing you can really do to counter is knock him away at bit.
