Yeah, he wrote it's Minimalist but Minimalist isn't animated :/ but i want this how can i get this?

You should check wago.io, chances that you find some of the stuff you want (like this?!) is pretty high.

If not you should be more specific what you want exactly.

Yeah i know about Wago and Pulltimer etc. but i don't like the Skull etc.

Not sure if you will find much stuff like this because weak auras is not the best tool to create clickable buttons.
Ert has a feature like this:

Exrosus Raid Tools is an amazing addon, as Turtlefreak pointed out it has markers, it also has battle rez tracker/timer. A pull timer is usually something with DBM/Big Wigs but i believe ERT has one.

I just imported one of his auras.
He uses the minimalist texture as a background and the animation is done with a model weakaura of the same size.

Class Bar should be |-|-|-|-|-|-| (Holy Power/Combo Points/Runes/Soul Stones etc.)
