trinkets best to match CoF?

depends on the boss I'd say. Shorter bosses Horn for sure (Chronomatic). Else Id just sim em and try em out. Usually high str wins thou

go with cof and horn for undemand burst and cof and foci otherwise. memento procs more but last for 8 secs. foci procs less but last for 20 secs. if you get lucky and proc twice with foci its huge.

I've generally stuck with my 870 Horn+CoF [looks like we have similar trinkets with same ilvl lol, you Cof is way better tho]. I'm assuming your BoS specced right? Stacking horn on top of pillars and potion, when you can, with a decent breath up time is pretty great. With the CoF to help with the uptimes and keeping up the RW with the stacks, its some lovely dps.

Elemental Foci is pretty great, but the change in burst from HoV was just too good to pass up. Especially with how well the CD lines up with our CD's
