    DH Nurf Not Enough?

    • The duration of Nemesis is reduced to 15 seconds in PvP.
    • The damage of Chaos Strike and Annihilation is reduced by 15% in PvP.

    Duration for Nemesis and Meta should drop to 8sec ..

    Definitely an overkill nerf. If anything, the damage bonus should've been reduced in PVP, and left at that.

    Momentum's appeal was uptime, and frequent windows of increased pressure. Nemesis was for training down a target and railing it.

    Idk, that coupled with the Chaos Strike/Annihilation nerfs may bring the spec back to post-launch nerf state. Just more #Legion hotfix shuffling, I guess.

    Hoping the final honor talent tier gets a review, and maybe some buffs. Also getting Mana Rift's GCD trigger bug fixed would help.

    Edit: Tbh, a nerf on the Nem damage gain to 20% for ~20-30 sec probably would've done its job, with a lighter CS/Meta nerf.

    These changes are overkill and will cause even less high end 3v3 DH participation.

    All so that casual bg/2v2 players like you feel better about not getting rekt.

    And no I don't play a DH.

    Is it only me who feel that they are nerfing the wrong things with demonhunters? I dont play one though, I only play ranged and feel felrush damage and short cd is a bigger problem. But hey Im a naab so what to I know!

    Moonfire, Sunfire, and Starfall now deal 50% less periodic damage to player targets.

    yeh so boomie aoe got destroyed along with AP gain, they will deal more single target but outside of CD's boomkin single target is like a healer trying to kill you.

    Troll? Chaos Strike is DHs biggest dmg ability, this is a huge nerf.

    It's quite bad but we dunno where we're gonna end up with the new traits as well. Potential double chaos strike (new 1/1) trait and 4/4 for the chaos strike crit, so we're relying on rng for our damage as per usual. Someone worked out we lose about 40k per chaos strike, which is quite a hit... maybe they'll reduce it once the patch lands.

    3v3 is so hardcore. They should delete all other modes so that PVP is just 3v3.
