[ENH] 7.2 4pc Akainu's Single Target spec/rotation, am I doing it right?

I'm a little confused about what to do with my spec, and rotation in 7.2. I've got 4pc, and I've also got the Akainu's Absolute Justice Legendary. So interpreting the icy veins guide, here was my plan. Let me know if I've screwed anything up:

Talents:
Hot Hand
Feral Lunge
Lightning Surge
Hailstorm
Tempest
Fury of Air??
Landslide

Ability Priorities:
maintain Landslide
maintain Fury of Air
Feral Spirit
maintain FrostBrand
maintain Flametongue
Stormstrike w/ Stormbringer
Doomwinds (w/ stormbringer up if possible)
Lavalash w/ Hothand
Stormstrike
Rockbiter (under 80)
Lavalash (over 80)

If you don't have the Eye of Twisting Nether legendary I'm quite sure going for Akainu + Hailstorm is a bad choice.

You should go for Swiftness and use Akainu as a stat stick.

wordup's latest 7.2 icyveins guide indicates that the akainu is BIS single target legendary now, and that if you've got it, you need to use hailstorm to optimize it.

Don't get me wrong..I HATE this rotation, I used it pre-4pc, and hated it. But if it's better DPS, I have no choice.

well shit..I just simm'd it and the old 4pc build still came out better then switching to the wrists, and the hot hand/hailstorm build. I'm not sure if simc isn't picking up the latest data, or what.

Bracers are still bad. Just Name the other legendaries.

Oh and with HS and HH, i am very Sure FOA is a dps loss for ST.

Once you get Lashing Flames, Akainu's (esp. with Eye of the Twisting Nether) + Hot Hand are your best options for pure single-target if you have them (they fall off quickly in multi-target).

Fury of Air is DPS neutral in single-target under these circumstances, but with reduced variance (higher lows but lower highs).
