Other politicians claim in generalities that their policies have helped the economy. Sometimes that is spin, other times that is true, such as the Obama stimulus. But it is not an outright lie.

Claiming credit for jobs that were announced years ago that you had nothing to do with is demonstrably a outright lie. And he does it over and over again, making him a pathological liar.

Sometimes politicians are a little loose with the truth, but Trump is a bullshitter and a pathological liar on a scale absolutely like no other.
