If high/blood elves can produce children from mating with humans - the descendants of artificially created Titan constructs cursed by the Old Gods to a fleshy existence (basically Lovecraftian Pinocchios) - I think it is highly likely that they would be able to produce children from mating with their Kaldorei cousins.

A more interesting question to me is, are half-elf children fertile themselves or are they like mules (animals produced by mating horses and donkeys) infertile from birth as a result of their origins? It'd be interesting if that were the case.

I doubt it. Garona is half orc, half eredar. She had a kid with a human.

Well, Medivh isn't just any human either, though. Could be that his boys are like super, guardian-ish and all, and her girls were dead, but the boys energized them.

A little while back, I read that Night Elves and Blood Elves/High Elves couldn't have children together. I was wondering if this is still true today or if it was ever true in the first place.

Blood/High Elves just wouldn't as Night Elves are an inferior race. Why would a human mate with a monkey(or dog)? Filthy night elf mongrols
