I have no luck in obtaining CoF or Draught. I have a 920 unstable arcano crystal. Is that gonna be BiS for even for tomb? I have rolled on guldan as many times as ive killed him. My guild is not a mythic guild we are on ellisande heroic right now progression. So Lets say my luck changes and I get both CoF and draught in the near future use which one or both instead of that 920 arcano.

You'll have to sim it to know for sure, but if you want a gut reaction, my guess is that if you got COF and DOS you would end up using DOS and Arcano.

know sim it sim it sim it. I just wanted opinions. I'm using lower ilvl chest instead of tier chest because of stats.
