Looking for an online-RPG with complex stats, gearing process and character builds

I know there's a "suggest a game" topic but I don't think it's getting a lot of traffic so that's why I post this here.

Guys I'm looking for an online-RPG with complex stats, gearing process and character builds.

I guess my best bet is to play Path of Exile but are there any other games with stuff that I mentioned above?

    Thanks for answers.

Grim Dawn would be your best non-PoE bet... But honestly, PoE sounds like exactly what you want.

Divinity: Original Sin might be a good one for you.

    EVE Online
    Pros:
Insane complexity of gearing. Cost vs effectiveness considerations with that as well.
    Myriad of cheracter development builds
Extreme complexity of secondary stats, as well as a huge number of them

    Cons:
It is a Sci-Fi space combat / exploration / industry / social game, not your average fantasy MMO with swords. Might be a pro for some.

    EVE Online,A.K.A Spreadsheets in Space.
    Old but probably still accurate-

It was fun for the 6 months or so I played a few years ago.

    Have you thought about MUDs?

Actual blue mod response on doing what they volunteered to do. No wonder this place is infested.

You will have to look into more sandbox mmo's based on older or retuned DnD rule sets for that.

Albion Online might be worth a try, as you can see with the suggestion with EVE you are really looking in the realm of FFA PvP mmo's, what isn't bad it just takes getting used to and finding a group you can fit in.
