Weak auras spell flash question

I have been playing around with weak auras and cant get it to work as i want.

I have made an icon showing my current insanity and I want the icon to flash at 65 insanity when void erupption is availible.

Thank you in advance.

Tldr: how do i get an icon to flash when i am at 65 or above insanity?

You make two different icons and show the flashing one based on desired criteria (and hide the other one).
