what ilvl is ideal for this im 865 and im struggling with this lol

865 might be a tad bit *too* low.

I did it with 883 ilvl, but I had 4pc and pants legendary.

865 ilvl is doable if you can consistently:

1. interrupt that Fel Burst, using counter shot and freezing trap rotation. As long as your pet doesn't get hit by Fel Burst, it will not die and continue to tank for you
2. position yourself to make sure the worm goes thru earthquake and have its stack removed.
3. kill the Fel Surge Totem on sight
4. kill those eggs before they turn into worms or kill off those extra adds before they post a danger to you
5. kill the big worm when it stack are low or completely removed.

Dps is not the main requirement here, execution to perfection is if you do not have sufficient health.
Practice makes perfect. Good luck on your attempt

lower ilvl = less HP. Would suggest hence to try and kill the worm first while interrupting the Fel Blast. This will mean that even though Tugar enrages his melee hits will be negligible, Fel Blast still interrupted. Other way round, a single missed blast from the enraged worm could kill you.. *unless you have roots in which case yolo!

Yeah, lower ilvl means less hp and this scalling is propably the reason why you could one shot tauren standing on the bridge (dunno if you still can).
