I was exited to try out a season hero but I've been stuck all day now doing rifts and bounties trying to get a drop that can teach me to make a ring or amulet for the topic achivement but no luck at all. How slim are the chances I will getting this achivement done?

Should just be to craft a 70 ring or amulet. If that doesn't work then try relogging and craft another one. If that doesn't work make a new character and create one.
