Yea nothing to see here. College campuses are bastions of free speech. No one is deplatformed, there aren't riots over speakers, no speech codes and safe spaces, you can wear whatever Halloween costumes you want, there aren't mandatory white privileged/whatever other SJW BS classes that incoming freshmen have to take in order to enroll into the college, etc.

However, there is actually another explanation: men have a higher standard deviation in most traits - so if you gave the quiz to the entire school you are also likely to find men dominating the "bottom-team"; and men are generally more competitive - which means that most competitions will attract more men - and they will focus more on it.

Or in other words: a few men winning a quiz doesn't mean that men are on average better at quizzes.

Actually, there are mixed and female tournaments. The best women get to play chess with the men.

Well, women get to play men at all levels. However, some of the best female chess players (like Judit Polgár) prefer mixed tournaments.

There's no reason that women would be worse than men at university challenge, and there are more women at university in the UK than men. There's definitely something stopping women from getting on these quiz teams.
