Its worth noting that Draught of Souls is terribly weak on AoE. Its a competitive, possibly BiS trinket for ST encounters but for AoE its weak.
The haste stat on it does not contribute to our Virulent Plague damage, since melee dots dont scale with haste. The on use also does nothing in AoE as its damage is static.Cerunnir - Frost/Blood Death Knight
