<Renovo> is an (currently) 9/10M Mythic raiding guild located on Twisting Nether EU Horde side. We're currently looking for a few players to add to our roster for what remains of the Nighthold, Tomb of Sargeras and beyond.

Our current and previous raid progress:
7/7M Emerald Nightmare, 3/3M Trial of Valor, 9/10M Nighthold

Tier 18 - 13/13 mythic HFC
Tier 16 - 14/14 heroic before 1st HP nerf on Garrosh.
Tier 15 - 12/13 heroic in ToT.
Tier 14 - 11/16 heroic.
Tier 13 - 8/8 heroic with the 15% nerf.
Tier 12 - 6/7 heroic before the 30% flat nerf on FL.
Tier 11 - 9/13 heroic.
WotLK - Everything cleared on heroic.

We raid 3 days a week and our raiding hours are Thursday 19:30 - 23:30, Sunday 20:00 - 23:00 and Tuesday 19:30 - 23:30.

Currently recruiting one or two ranged DPS, a Resto Shaman and another healer of any class as well! (more info about this below)

We are a very old and established guild formed back in WotLK with a great community. If you're looking for a new long-term home, look no further! On our non-raiding days there are always social activities going on such as alt raids and Mythic+ runs and PvP, whatever takes up your fancy. If you just enjoy chilling and doing solo stuff in your non-raiding time, well that's all fine too!

For voice comms we primarily use Discord, but if something were to happen there we'll use TeamSpeak as a backup.

As we are a Mythic guild we do have certain expectations of our raiders. If you're applying to join the Mythic roster then you'll need to fill out our application and provide recent logs showing your ability. Alongside being prepared and having a good knowledge of your class, you'll be expected to have reliable attendance (though we know IRL can throw all sorts at us and if you can't make a raid we expect you to notify us ASAP when possible) and have a positive attitude. Not being easily offended is also a plus, as our sense of humour can be uhh.. interesting! Being 18+ is generally preferred for this reason, though exceptions can be made.

Now for the most burning question on your mind... how does loot get distributed? We use a loot council system and will require you to have an addon called RCLoot installed. Loot is always distributed based on what will benefit the raid team the most and we do it as fairly as possible. Trials are treated just as raiders are in all regards - you will never be denied loot or a raid spot for being a trial as our goal will be to integrate you with the raid team and see how well you take to it.

Elaborating on recruitment we currently we have a solid roster, but we're on the lookout for a couple of ranged DPS of any class and a Resto Shaman for full time raid spots as the current Resto Shaman really needs a nice long nap and she's simply waiting for the perfect replacement to come along so guild raids can keep running smoothly. If you're a Resto Shaman and you're interested, you'd be joining a very strong and capable healing squad. Other healers are also welcome to submit an application.

Even if your class isn't listed or if it is listed as 'low', don't hesitate to apply if you think you've got what it takes to compete with our current raiders. This goes for DPS, healers, tanks. Anything.
