I would struggle with one thing only - how would his ulti work?
Can't imagine that he is blowing up in one shot everyone.. Maybe a % of total HP, then yeah, but not instantly killing the whole enemy team

Mostly heroes that bring new visuals. A female Draenei would be nice, though that would probably mean Yrel. Female, because I am certain they will eventually add Kil'Jaeden and he is visually close to male Draenei.

If they want to go creative style though.. I want to see a terran specialist. Orbital command centre.
Flies around, has that scan thingy and drops mules which helps push out lanes. Can also drop bunkers and stuff for people to take cover in.

I'd like to see some classic diablo stuff. The 3 main classes from Diablo 1(either as they were then or as their D2 corrupted counterparts), Archbishop Lazarus, Warlord of Blood (i think his name was Bartuc), Griswold and maybe some of the normal enemies.

I imagine the Horned Demons would be great fun, their moveset would be highly mobile i'd think.

Would also love to see the SC science vessel make it in.

I'm thinking he'd be like a less mobile version of Abathur.

He could empower friendly units, buffing them, and giving them a couple tentacles he could control for abilities.

He could affect the minds of his enemies directly. Maybe increase cool downs, force them to go in the wrong direction, and as an ultimate, briefly control one or spread madness over all troops?

Since they already released two from my former list and I slightly changed my mind, I think I should update it:

• Diablo - Imperius, Mephisto, Druid
• Warcraft - Kel'thuzad, Dreadlord, Maraad
• Starcraft - Arcturus Mengsk, Gabriel Tosh, Karax
• Overwatch - Reinhardt, Bastion, Doomfist?

I will cheat a bit, but I think it would be cool two have Eredar Twins as Heroes. Similar to Cho'gall they should work together to execute powerful combos, but are two separate units controlled by two different players.

So i went through list of War 3 hero units (these are one of the best possibilities, right?) and looked for the one we dont have yet.

Archmage - Pretty much another mage just with arcane based spells - Antonidas, Khadgar, Rhonin
Lich - Obvious one, Kel'thuzad
Dreadlord - Many to choose from, I'd like to see Varimathras or Mal'Ganis
Naga Sea Witch - How awesome could Lady Vashj be? Interesting she isnt mentioned much
Pitlord - Again, many to choose from - Brutallus, Mannoroth (most likely he'd be the one) Azgalor..
Tauren Chieftain - I know we already have one Tauren in game but how awesome could typical Tauren Warrior with theirs big ass axe or totem be. Cairne could be the one here
Shadow Hunter - Probably Vol'jin with some voodoo shit
Keeper of the grove - don't know if there are some known Keepers but a bigger name comes to my mind - their father, Cenarius
Warden - I think Maiev is expected
Alchemist/goblin alchemist - Funny one, goblin on ogres back but he might be interesting support as he had healing and supporting spells
