what hord racials are best for shadow dps?

Trolls have a great haste racial, Goblins have a 1% haste and rocket jump, both alirght choices?

They are all pretty much a 1% difference, play what you like.
Visuals and liking your character matters much more imo.

I like blood elf since Arcane Torrent is off the GCD and can generate insanity which helps when you manage to thow a void torrent out and you're really low on insanity and as soon as VT finishes you can pop AT and that gives you just enough time to follow up with VB->MB to gain a few more seconds. Also its a helpful mana return when I play holy.

Goblins are great because of Rocket Jump. Priest mobility makes DKs look like mages, anything helps.

Arcane torrent is the most OP M+ racial in the game. If M+ is your endgame, there's nothing better.
