SEF Cd bug?

Is anyone else having a bug with SEF where, when using the first charge, the ability randomly completely goes on a 2 mins cd?

I'm also experiencing FoF just randomly cancelling it's channel.

Check your logs to make sure you're not double casting it.
What are you doing with the FoF cancelling? I noticed it a couple times on the broken isles until i realiesd that kirin tor bubble cancels it .

For the first one, there is a known issue where if you cast SEF while the clones are flying back to you (basically hit SEF when the next charge comes up but clones are still out), they will cancel each other out.
