Fishing bobber toy's question

So, if the bobbers are totally random, doesn't matter where you fish could one get the toys from the pools that spawned from Rusty queenfish Brooch? That lure spwans ghostly cursed queenfish giving 50 AP, and I would just use 1 spot close to a mailbox in Azuna ofc with it.

40-55 hours to get all AP for artifact fishing rod anyway. Might as well get the toys while I farm this one area only...if it works?

I guess that was too specific use case for anyone here to have tried it :P I guess ill just go fish in some random place and do AP later hehe.

There's a faster way to max out the weapon. If you get the trait that detonates runescale koi fishing nodes and go to north Suramar with arcane lures, you can get AP ridiculously fast. I have only two of the bobber toys with half of my artifact filled up. They are quite rare. Good luck.

Did you get those toys in open water or from fishing pools? Most comments on Wowhead specifically state they're getting them in open water.

I got the Pepe bobber from fishing in open water near Academy in Azsuna - and I don't have my fishing artifact yet.

While fishing rares to get my artifact, I fished up three bobber toys from pools. Two cat heads and a tugboat. Two of these came from queenfish pools in Azsuna. I should add that I caught all of these toys in the last week.
