i got the vibe that was a brothel, but it's never explicitly said so i wasn't sure. the way she refers to her "girls" and being the matron, i just knew that's what it was.

It was very obviously, but i love how silgryn mark that burdel as a high priority target to rescue, was very funny

Just summing it up:

- Love is in the Air
- There's goblin porn and pin-ups (I remember the one in Nagrand (Draenor) and the quest to get back his porn after it was stolen by Saberon)
- Steamy romances
- The vendor in ICC (after you defeat Deathbringer Saurfang) that sells (very costly) books with kinky tips on how to seduce the ladies from several races.
- Karazhan ghosts include lots of concubines from past festivities
- Black Temple's Den of Mortal Delights is full of concubines
- Brothel in Suramar, like others pointed out.

I'm pretty sure there's a lot more.

It is such a bi game, I bet anything we can think of would probably be or already is implemented into the game to create that real sense of a virtual reality.
