    Artifact relic question.

    I just got a 910 Iron artifact relic with the charge rage trait. My corresponding fury relic is 890 with bc damage and for arms it's MS and Exc rage cost, I'm only using it for prot as a last resort.Is it any good for arms?

    What is the ilvl of your Arms relic?

    You'll get very marginal benefit with it as fury, pretty sure it will be better for arms.
