    Number formatting is not the same as "wrong values" which is what you called it.

    Additionally, your example is kinda dumb because here the number format is self-explanatory whereas in your example it wouldn't be, bringing me to the question of what you're looking to accomplish here? This isn't a scientific publication so there's no point in complaining about formatting as long as the data is understandable.

    As you have probably figured out 33% is completely interchangeable with and equivalent to 0.33. All calculations with percentages are done with decimals, and % symbols are only used to make results look pretty and more easy to interpret. You said he used the wrong numbers in his table which is plain wrong and basically just inviting people to correct you. Just let it rest.
