Glyph of Wrathguard BUG!!

So yesterday during our mythic raid, i noticed my dps is kinda felt lower then usual, so i went to check skada and logs and i noticed that my wrathguard is doing lower dmg. I noticed that its Mortal Cleave ability did piss poor dmg, logs show 132 casts and only 2 hits during a 5:30 duration fight.
Anyone else noticed the same issue?

EDIT: i submitted the bug to blizz and now waiting to see their response

The Wrathguard's Mortal Cleave should now land on targets more often.

Yeah, we've only heard "its REALLY fixed this time" how many times on this now? Anyone had time to properly test its working? Or did they stealth nerf the FG to make them match lol (only kind of kidding).

Supposedly Not said it was doing normal damage now on discord.
