Invasions and Broken Shore World Quests. There's no "fastest way", it's just RNG which piece pops up from the given WQ.

2017-05-13, 03:39 AM #4DeletedIf you have a warrior and/or paladin, they can get the pieces too. It's not a DK-only set and more plate characters means more chances of the pieces showing up as rewards for you.

Oh nice, yea I got a Paly and warrior at 105 atm, on their way to 110 every invasion
