Should Gate and Portal switch places and why?

The gateway has barely any use outside of raiding, and even there it's barely used, due to its long cast time and long cooldown. Demonic Circle on the other side is an amazing tool pretty much everywhere, if you know how to use it, plus it's our only real escape. Warlocks already bring utility to raids with healthstones (worse than potions but still) and soulstones, so I'd rather have Demonic Circle baseline and opt in for the Gateway through talents.

Gateway is amazing in arena, and very helpful in RBGs on certain maps (e.g Waterworks on Battle for Gilneas).
