Currently establishing and consolidating a raid core for Heroic ToS with main focus of Mythic Progression in Tomb of Sargeras and following tiers.

- Current Recruitment -
1 - Mage
1 - Warlock
1 - Boomkin/Resto (Swing ~ Heals/DPS)
1 - Hunter

A trial in <Desire> is based on performance, communication, awareness, attendance & attitude over a course of 2-3 raid lockouts.

To be eligible you MUST:
¤ Have at least 890 iLvL
¤ Have at least 40 Traits in your Main-spec weapon.
¤ Have correctly enchanted gear & gems.
¤ Average 60-70 Percentile on Warcraft Logs for your class/spec.
¤ Have at least 75% Attendance.
¤ Have consumables for raids. (Pre-Pots, Flasks & Food)

- Raid Times -
¤ 8.45pm - 12.00am Wednesday Sever Time (GMT+10)
¤ 8.45pm - 12.00am Sunday Sever Time (GMT+10)
¤ 8:45pm - 12.00am Monday Sever Time (GMT+10)

<Desire> raids for 3 Hours a night, 3 times a week. Sometimes we might go 10-15 minutes over for progression purposes.

-About Us-
¤ We will strive to keep a friendly atmosphere as well as achieving our ultimate goal as a mythic raiding guild and most importantly a team, which is to push into the top 20 ranks on Frostmourne, Whilst enjoying the game and the company of our comrades.

¤ We aim to construct a group of calm and level headed raiders who can focus on improving their game-play whilst working in a team environment and assisting each other in becoming a established raid core and better raiders.

- Our Expectations -
¤ Everyone needs to withhold a positive and mature attitude to succeed and work as a team throughout the current and future tier.

¤ Everyone needs to be receptive to change towards feedback, constructive criticism and raid rosters. We do not expect perfection we aspire to it. Remember we are here to work as a team and establish a solid raid core.

¤ All Raiders must have a in depth knowledge of current boss encounters and patch notes.

¤ Above all expectations listed above we expect all members of the guild <Desire> to have a calm and level-headed attitude towards other team members and during raids. We expect people to treat people the way they wish to be treated and be able to take constructive criticism as a team building exercise.

¤ Outside of organised events you have to keep in mind you running around with the tag <Desire> above your head you are a ambassador of the guild and are expected to set an example of whats it is like to play with our guild. Be polite, helpful and respectful.

- What We Value In Raiders -
¤ Be pro-active and withhold a positive and can-do attitude.

¤ Show respect and follow instructions from your Leaders, Officers and most importantly fellow team members!

¤ Be on time for raids, We don’t want to be waiting on people, be a team, be on time. if you have a attendance issue communicate early via discord.

¤ Able to learn raid mechanics and once learned consistently execute them an d improve performance.

- What We Don't Want Within our Guild -
¤ People that fail to commit to the raid team 90-100%

¤ People that continually play for themselves and not the guild or team

¤ People that don't do the extra mile outside raids to improve and research encounters and personal performance

¤ Immature and toxic attitudes

¤ Elitist and egotistical personalities

¤ Emotional behavior and or communication that falls below the positive / negative line and detracts from our enjoyment of the game and our guild
