Stat numbers for Enhance

I was just wondering what the magic numbers for haste/mastery are for enhance. I'm currently at - 28% haste 55% mastery, and I'm feeling like to need to drop some haste to get more mastery. Also what is the haste/mastery you should use for the legendary bracers?

There's no magic numbers, haste will just get more value if you run hothand with Akainus and ring. You should sim it

There is no soft/hardcap for anything. You need to sim most of it yourself, as stuff changes depending on talents chosen and legendaries equipped.
