UI issue

Im having an unsuall issue with my Ui on my Main Toon
when hovering over loot in the chat window i am unable to click on it to show stats of the loot etc.
However if i then log into one of my Alts and do the same thing the popup window appears with all the relevent information.

Now as far as i can tell im using all the exact same settings for each of my toons all based on ElvUi, Bar Tender 4 and titan panel.

I have checked every setting i can think of that related to the chat including setting ElvUi to defualt and trying to rebuild my Ui looks to the way i like them but to no avail. im now at the pulling my hair out stage as it means i could miss out on an upgrade for my gear as im unaware of the stat differrences in current.

have you check to make sure the chat windows interactive is on? Might be the issue

TYVM thats sorted it, i knew it had to be something simple i was missing. Couldnt see it for looking at it
